Scope of work….Removal of siding, replacing of rotten substrate (OSB Plywood) installation of Tyvek wrap, installation of Zflashing above all windows and doors as well Bithuathane tape, and installation of 8 1/4 Hardi-plank siding.  Removal of all Windows, Installation of  Bithuathane tape, Installation of new Windows, Interior Sheetrock repairs and paint.
